More information coming but here is the frame work.

Josh Bryant (Jailhouse Strong) will be doing a seminar at USA Strength on 29 September 2024 from 9 am - 4 pm.  This will be a split day with hands on portion in the morning, Lunch provided by Bending Iron Meals, and then Lecture/Q&A in the afternoon.  

If you don't know who Josh is.... you're wildly out of the loop of the strength world and we can guarantee you're not Gas station ready!!!!  Just a couple of recent figures heads you might be aware of if you don't know Josh would be Julius Maddox and Tom Haviland (two of his coaching clients).  This is just two, but you get the idea... he's kind of a big deal.  Google him and you'll see what we're talking about.   Any way you shake it, this isn't a seminar you want to miss.
