Kamikaze Iron Intro to Strongman Clinic

The Strength Movement will be hosting its first Intro to Strongman Clinic at Kamikaze Iron this February 4th. This will be a 5 week clinic going over everything from Log Press to Yoke Walks to Atlas Stones. We will also be going over ways to I corporate strongman events into training and conditioning.
