Welcome to the inaugural Karen Klassic. All proceeds going to American cancer Society in Saint Jude‘s Children’s Research Hospital.

-Standard powerlifting push pull meet. 

• Three Attempts per lift
• Open woman and Men’s categories.  Overall winner based off of coefficient.
• Check in/Weigh-ins will go 0830-1030 morning of event. Lifting starts at 1100.
• Powerlifting style rules, no singlet or specific attire requirement.  Knee sleeves or wraps, both are accepted.
• $5 spectator fee 
• $20 raffle for prizes
