Come one, come all!

This bench bash is meant to test the might of all you beasts and beauties that have been putting in the work through the winter arc! 

• You will have 3 attempts to put up your absolute best press (run powerlifting style).
• Commands will be "Start, press, rack" in order to keep standards consistent.
• You will be weighed at check-in, and we will use this weight to determine your DOTS score.

As an added twist, you will not only be lifting for yourself. You will be representing your gym! Each gym's top 3 lifters' scores will be added together to determine the strongest gym on the Peninsula.

Prizes will be determined based on interest, BUT expect a minimum of $50 for the best bench overall for both men and women. Sponsors can improve this. More lifters can improve this.
