Weigh-ins - Friday 8:00am-11:00am and 4:00pm-6:00pm (any other time you need to make an appointment with Kayla) Saturday 8:00am-8:30am

Santa’s Bag Clean and Press Away – Clean the bag once and press overhead. Arms must be fully locked out and get the down signal from the judge for rep to count. Bottom of bag must come below chin before pressed again. 60 second time limit. Not Allowed: Tacky, Strongman Corp Grip Shirts
Present (Silver Dollar) Deadlift, Last Man Standing – 18” deadlift on a stiff bar. Weight will start out and make 20lb jumps. You choose what weights you want to jump in at, you don’t have to do every weight. Once you fail a lift, you are out. Score will be highest weight completed. No Sumos. Not Allowed: Suites, Tacky, Strongman Corp Grip Shirts
Ho Ho Husafel Stone – 30ft Carry for time. 60 second time limit. Distance will be measured if course is incomplete. Not Allowed: Tacky, Strongman Corp Grip Shirt
Rocking Around the Christmas Tree, Conan’s Wheel – For distance. You pick up the Conan’s wheel, go as far as you can in 60 seconds. No drops allowed, past the start line. Conan’s Wheel arm will be set at 44”. The weight will be the Conan’s wheel + weight listed above. Now Allowed: Tacky, Strongman Corp Grip Shirts
Santa’s Sandbag Over Bar - Bar will be 48” for all classes, 3 bag series. Split times will be taken. 60 Second time limit. Not Allowed: Tacky, Strongman Corp Grip Shirt
