ALL ATHLETES MUST HAVE 2026 USS MEMBERSHIP TO COMPETE

Awards for 1st,2nd,3rd.Top three in each (OPEN,MASTER CLASS) will qualify for USS This is a qualifier for USS STRONGMAN 2026.

Weights and classes are subject to change to combining. Any event that grip shirts are allowed there will no sc grip shirts allowed.

Weigh-ins friday 5:00pm-7:30pm Saturday 7:30AM-8:30AM

Athlete meeting at 9:00AM FIRST event starts at 9:30

WEIGH-INS are at the same address as the event .

EVENT 1.OVERHEAD PRESS MEDLEY AXLE,LOG,CIRCUS DUMBBELL

• 60 Second limit

The athletes will perform the three implements in the above order.  Full extension by the arms with the feet in the same plane must be achieved to receive the “down” command the judge.  Beating of the “down” command is a “no-lift” and must be performed again before proceeding to the next implement or the medley considered complete.  Any implement dropped behind the head is a “no-lift” will have to be performed again.  The athlete’s hands must maintain contact with the implement on the descent.  Any implement being intentionally dropped from the top of the lift will result in an automatic disqualification.  Knee sleeves, elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, soft belt, hard belt, and grip shirts are allowed.  The belt clean is allowed.  Any implement cannot be rested on the head and will be considered a no-lift.  One minute to complete the medley, After completing the axle and log the circus dumbbell will be repped for the remaining of the time.                                                     

EVENT 2. SANDBAG CARRY INTO ARM OVER ARM PULL

• 75 Second limit

Athletes will start with the lightest to heaviest bag, the athlete will carry both bags 30 ft and place them inside the basket. after doing so the athlete will move on to the arm over arm pull section of the event. ALLOWED wrist wraps ,elbow&knee sleeves , lifting belts , chalk NO adhesives of any kind

EVENT 3. SANDBAG TOSS OVER BAR

• 60 Second limit
• 12ft for woman and 15ft for men
• The sandbags will rise in weight each attempt.Upon each successful throw, the athlete should immediately transition and attempt the next sandbag .Missed throws must be retrieved by the athlete.If all bags have been successfully thrown, the athlete will be credited for the time of completion.NO ADHESIVES OF ANY KIND, NO LIFTING STRAPS

EVENT 4. CAR DEADLIFT

• 60 Second limit

Car deadlift on custom car deadlift frame. Athletes will complete as many successful reps as possible for the remaining time.The athlete will need the down command if the athlete fails to do so the rep will not count only one warning. NO ADHESIVES OF ANY KIND 

EVENT 5. HERCULES HOLD

Athletes will start with the handles in their hand once the athlete is ready the pin will be pulled and the time will begin. Time will stop when the athlete lets go of the handles.
