Weigh-ins will be held Friday 4/22 from 10:30am-12:30pm & 4:30pm-6:30pm, as well as Saturday 4/23 from 8:45am-9:15am NO exceptions

There will be a $10 spectator fee for all spectators over the age of 12. Cash, card, & venmo will be accepted. Payment will be received at the door. If you are bringing young children it is up to you to keep them under control. They are NOT to be running around or on ANY equipment under any circumstances. NO pets please.

There is ample parking at The PIT Gym, we ask that you do NOT park in front of Monster Mini Golf or at Dunkin Donuts. There is overflow parking available at the white office building 100 ft past the gym, 745 Hope Rd. 

1st place of each division will receive a loaded prize pack, 2nd & 3rd place will receive prizes as well. 1st place in Novice and Top 3 in open classes (including Masters) qualifies for 2022 USS Nationals in NH.

Keg Press: Competitor will have 60 seconds to press their implement. This is a timed event, as many reps as possible in 60 seconds, clean & press every rep. Athlete can press however they would like (strict, push, jerk) you can not rest the keg on your belt, no tree topping, control the implement on the way down and a full lockout is necessary for a down command. Athlete will have 2 kegs to choose between, both or either can be utilized. The heavier keg will be worth 2 points, the lighter 1 point. Athletes must wait for the down command before moving on to the next rep. Wrist wraps, belts, sleeves, and grip shirts are allowed. (no OSG/SC permitted)

18" Deadlift: Competitor will have 60 seconds to deadlift as many reps as possible. Competitor must wait for down command, no dropping from the top. A successful lift will have the athlete standing completely upright with hips through and knees locked. No bouncing, sumo stance, or tacky. Belt, chalk, sleeves, suits, straps, and wrist wraps allowed. You will be using a deadlift bar.

Farmer's Carry: Competitor will have 60sec to carry farmer's handles with their prescribed weight across a 50ft line. This event is for time, if you are unable to complete, your distance will be measured. NO drops, if you drop, your distance will be measured. NO straps or tacky allowed. Belts are allowed. Front of farmer's handle must cross the line for the time to stop. Top loading implement is most likely what will be used. Train for either :)

Conan's Wheel: Implement will be lined up at the starting line. Competitor will begin on start command. This is a max distance event. Once implement is dropped distance and time will be recorded. Belts, wrist wraps, sleeves, and grip shirts are allowed. (no OSG/SC permitted)

Tire Flip: Tire will be in an upright position behind the starting line. Competitor will flip the tire 50ft as fast as they can in 60 seconds. If they are unable to finish their distance and time will be measured. Once the tire crosses the 50ft line time will stop. Belts, wraps, and grip shirts are allowed. (No OSG/SC permitted)
