Weigh-Ins will be held Friday 4/23 from 10:30am-12:30pm & 4:30pm-6:30pm, as well as Saturday 4/24 from 8:45am-9:15am. 

The closest hotels are The DoubleTree, 700 Hope Rd, Eatontown, NJ 07724 and Courtyard By Marriott at 600 Hope Rd, Eatontown, NJ 07724.

There will be a $10 spectator fee for all spectators. Cash, card, venmo, and paypal will be accepted. 

There is ample parking at The PIT Gym, we ask that you do NOT park in front of Monster Mini Golf. There is also overflow parking available at the office building 100ft past the gym, 750 Hope Rd. There is a sidewalk path back to the gym. Please DO NOT park at Dunkin Donuts. 

1st place of each division will receive a loaded prize pack, 2nd & 3rd place will receive prizes as well. 

Press Medley: Competitor has 60 sec to complete medley. 1 press per implement, must wait for down command. Competitor can press however they would like (strict, push, jerk), but standards must be maintained for CBD (clean with 2 hands, press with 1). Wraps, belts, sleeves, and grip shirts are allowed. (no OSG/SC permitted) Women will be using a 10" log. Men Novice will be 10" Men Open will be a 12" log. 

Car Deadlift: Competitor will have 60 sec to get as many reps as possible. Judge will give lift and down commands, no bouncing. Belt, chalk, sleeves, suits, straps, wraps allowed. Side Grip. 

Farmer's Carry: Competitor will have 60 sec to carry the apparatus across a 50ft line, as fast as possible. No drops, if you drop your distance will be measured. No straps, belts are OK. Front of handles must cross the line.

Sandbag/Keg Suicides: This is a timed event. Implements will be lined up at starting line. Competitor will begin with heaviest implement and carry it to the 15ft mark and back. After crossing the line, they can drop it and pick up the second implement, carrying to the 30ft line and back. After crossing the line, they can drop it and pick up the third implement and carry it to the 50ft line and back. Time ends after the competitor crosses the starting line with the third implement. No shouldering or tacky. No drops, if you drop time and distance will be measured for that implement. Belts, wraps, sleeves, and grip shirts OK. (no OSG/SC permitted). Implements are as follows, 1 & 2 are sandbags, third and lightest will be a keg.

Stone Medley: This is a timed event. Lifter will begin with lightest stone at highest platform. Once stone is loaded they will move on to the next, and so on. A volunteer will be there to lower the stones after the lifter moves on. Tacky, tacky towels, belts, wraps, sleeves, and grips shirts allowed (no OSG/SC permitted). Competitor is responsible for applying and removing tacky in specified areas ONLY. Heights are as follows: 60", 56", 52", 48", 44"
