This is a fun competition intended for all ages and abilities. Users can self-select based on perceived ability. Novice class is intended for those who have little to no strongman training. Open class is for those who have strongman experience. There are no weight classes, HOWEVER, weights for the overhead and deadlift events will be done based on athlete's bodyweight. Events are as follows:

Overhead press medley:

Circus dumbbell, log, and axle. -- 60 seconds max 

Some substitutions will be made for certain classes in order to get the total weight down. Clean and press the first two implements once, then clean and press away for the remainder of the minute on the last implement. Note that the athlete can choose which order to do the implements in.

Deadlift medley:

Dinnie stone replica, 18" wagon wheel deadlift, and trap bar deadlift -- 60 seconds max

Lift the first two implements once then lift the last one AMRAP until the 60 seconds are up. Note that the athlete can choose which order to do the implements in. 18" deadlift will be done with a standard bar.

Truck pull -- 60 seconds max.

Athletes will be in harness and have to pull a truck (or possibly a combination of truck and trailer) 50 feet.

Wheelbarrrow load and carry: 

Athlete will have 90 seconds to carry and place in the wheelbarrow 2 kegs and a sandbag, then push the wheelbarrow 50 feet.

Max Stones:

Each class will have a 6 stone medley, decreasing in height and increasing in weight. They will have 30 seconds from the time they load the previous stone to loading the next stone. For smaller/lighter weight classes, there may be some duplication in load height.
