Max 18 Inch Deadlift

Equipment allowed: Knee/elbow sleeves, briefs, soft belt, hard belt, deadlift suit, and deadlift straps. 

All Athletes will start at 200lbs with 20lbs jumps.

Athletes will be given 3 attempts to deadlift the heaviest weight possible in a conventional stance. Athletes may choose to start at any weight they want, however if they fail their opening attempt, they can only attempt that weight again at the end of the flight or a higher weight. Athlete may attempt the same weight as many times as they want in the 60 second given timeframe. Athlete may hitch the bar up their legs in order to complete a rep. Athlete may start with hands strapped to the bar.

Crucifix Hold

Equipment allowed: wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, chalk, soft belt, and hard belt. 

Athletes must hold out an implement to the sides of their body for as long as possible. Athletes will start on their own time and will bring the weight off of two boxes positioned beside of themselves. Athletes must keep their upper back and butt against the wall with hands not going above their head and arms staying unbent. Athletes will be given 3 warnings of their arms being too high/low/bent or if back/butt leaves the wall before time is stopped, or until the implement falls back onto the boxes.

Push Pull Load

Equipment allowed: Elbow/knee sleeves, wrist wraps, soft belt, hard belt, and chalk.

Athletes will be given 60 seconds to push a yoke 30 feet, and then load two sandbags over the yoke. Then the athlete must pull a sled back over in the opposite direction that they were pushing the yoke from, till the front of the implement crosses the line. Athletes will be scored on speed and if the run is not completed than it will be scored on distance of the last moved implement.

Dinnie Ring Walk for Distance

Equipment allowed: Knee sleeves, wrist wraps, soft belt, hard belt, and chalk. 

Athletes will be given two loading pins that are loaded with uneven weights with Dinnie ring handles on them. The athlete must walk the implements as long as they can. The athlete will have cones on opposite ends of the run that they must walk around while holding the implements. They are allowed one drop during the run; the second drop ends the run. Any grip is allowed, and any walking style is allowed. If you pick up the implement and it touches the ground before you leave the starting line, it will not be counted as a drop. Athletes are scored on the farthest distance.

Equipment not allowed: tacky, liquid chalk, and taped thumbs.

Overhead Press Medley 

Equipment allowed: Knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirt, chalk, soft belt, and hard belt.

Athletes will have 60 seconds to run through a four-implement overhead press course. The first implement will be a yoke press, second an axle clean and press, third a log press, and forth a stone press. The athlete is allowed to use any pressing variation they like best (I.E. push press, split jerk, push jerk). Women will have a spider bar as a replacement for the yoke press, and a sandbag as a replacement on the stone press. They will get scored on the last implement they press. You may NOT skip implements; each one must be done in order.
