Max Squat

Equipment allowed: Knee/elbow sleeves, knee wraps, wrist wraps, briefs/compression shorts, soft belt, hard belt, grip shirt, deadlift/squat suit. 

All Athletes will start at 200lbs with 20lbs jumps.

Athletes will be given 3 attempts to squat the heaviest weight possible to box height. Athletes may choose to start at any weight they want, however if they fail their opening attempt, they can only attempt that weight again at the end of the flight or a higher weight. Athlete may attempt the same weight as many times in the 60 second given timeframe. Athlete may use any width stance but must hit boxes for lift to count. Athlete may start under bar in the rack, and time will start once athlete is ready to unrack. Once time has started, athlete must unrack the weight and walk it out on their own before being given a down command. once athlete has locked knees at the top of the lift, they will be given either a "Good Lift" or an "Incomplete Lift" command, determined by the judges.

Overhead Press Medley 

Equipment allowed: Knee/elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, grip shirt, chalk, soft belt, and hard belt.

Athletes will have 60 seconds to run through a three implement overhead press course. The first implement will be a log press, then going into an axle clean and press, finishing with a rogue monster dumbbell for as many reps as possible. The athlete is allowed to use any pressing variation they like best (I.E. push press, split jerk, push jerk). Athlete is scored on the last implement they press or how many reps they get on the dumbbell. You may NOT skip implements; each one must be done in order.  There is no resting weight on head. Athlete will start eight feet away from implement before start command is given.

Load and Carry

Equipment allowed: Elbow/knee sleeves, wrist wraps, soft belt, hard belt, grip shirt, and chalk.

Athletes will be given 30 seconds to load two sandbags onto a box platform, then can carry a fire hydrant for as long as possible with no time limit, only distance. Once the hydrant has touched the ground, distance is recorded. There is NO shouldering of any implements, they must be in front of athlete at all time of carry. Athlete will be scored on time for sandbag load, or distance of fire hydrant. Time for sandbag load only stops once fire hydrant has left the ground. Athlete will start eight feet away from implement before start command is given.

Deadlift Medley

Equipment allowed: Knee/elbow sleeves, briefs, soft belt, hard belt, deadlift suit, tape thumbs, and deadlift straps.  

Athletes will be given 60 seconds to deadlift four different deadlift bars with ascending weights. starting with an axle bar deadlift, then a power bar, then a deadlift bar, and ending with a lever deadlift. Athletes may hitch weight, but has to use a conventional stance for all lifts. Athlete may start strapped in on first bar before start command. Time will end when the final bar touches the ground. Points will be scored on time of all four being lifted, or number of the other implements lifted. Athlete may NOT drop the bar at the top.

Frame and Yoke Medley 

Equipment allowed: Knee/elbow sleeves, knee wraps, wrist wraps, chalk, soft belt, grip shirt, and hard belt.

Athletes will have 60 seconds to run down a 50 foot track with a frame carry, then into a yoke carry heading back into the opposite direction. Athlete may start with hands on the frame, and may drop as many times between start and finish. Athlete can not drag or slide frame, and instances of such, will get a warning and if repeated will result in athletes time and distance being stopped. The Yoke carry has the same rules as the frame, and can be dropped as many times as needed, but no sliding or dragging.
