Metroflex Gym's Strongest !

This event will be held at Metroflex Gym in Plano, Tx. This is a USS 2022 National Qualifier.

Contest starts 9:30am

Awards, medals, and cash prizes for top 3 in open divisions. 

Spectators $10.

Event 1.

Log Clean and Press Away. This will be head to head. Two logs, two competitors from your class. Competitors will have 60 seconds to clean the log once and press for as many reps as possible. You can clean it again within the 60 seconds. Grip shirts, chalk, wrist wraps, elbow and knee sleeves are all allowed. 12" log for men. 10" log for women.

Event 2.

Axle Deadlift. This will be head to head. Two axles, two competitors. Axles will be elevated on wheels about 15". Each competitor will lift each set weight. Men's weight jumps will be 80lbs. Women's weight jumps will be 60lbs. One miss and you're out. Last man or woman standing wins. 

Event 3.

Super Yoke. 60 ft. Fastest time wins. This will be head to head. Two Super yokes, two competitors. The entire Yoke must cross the finish line. Belts, wraps, and sleeves are allowed.

Event 4.

Frame / Sandbag Medley. This will be head to head. Competitor will pick and carry the frame 60 ft and then pick and carry sandbag back 60ft. Fastest time wins. Frame and Sandbag both must cross each line.

Event 5.

Atlas Stone Series. 4 stones, 4 platforms. Again, this will be head to head. Competitor will lift each stone to each platform in the fastest time possible. Tacky is allowed.
