Weigh-ins will be Friday Sept 16th from 8am-11am and 4pm-6pm at the host gym. If special arrangement's are needed please contact the USS State Rep at 406-599-6398.

Overhead Mayhem: Circus Dumbbell, Circus Barbell, Log.

Each athlete will have 60 seconds to complete all three lifts. A lift command will be given to start and down command will be given after a successful clean and press of each individual implement, and control is shown. Fastest time wins!

Allowed: Wrist wraps, chalk, sleeves, grip shirt USS APPROVED ONLY, hard or soft belt.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind, lifting straps, multi ply sleeves of any kind.

Changing Tires: Vehicle Deadlift.

Each athlete will have 60 seconds to lift the vehicle as many times as possible. A lift command will be given to start and only down command will be given, so if you want to catch the bounce go ahead. Must have full lockout to receive a down command. Most Reps in 60 seconds wins!

Allowed: Lifting straps of any kind, chalk, sleeves, wraps, hard or soft belt.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind, suits or briefs, car jacks.

WEEE WOO: Truck/Fire Truck Harness Pull.

Each athlete will have 60 seconds to harness pull said vehicle 50' with a 1.5" manila rope anchored assist. Fastest time in 50' or longest distance pulled wins!

Allowed: Shoes of any kind, chalk, gloves, belt, sleeves.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind.

Hunters Rack: Lever Deadlift

Each athlete will have 60 seconds to deadlift the lever deadlift apparatus, a down command will be given for each lift. Athletes must be fully locked out to receive a down command. 6 lifts for this one, weights shown will be heavy by rings 4,5 and 6.

Allowed: Straps of any kind, chalk, sleeves, hard or soft belt.

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind, suits, baby oil. 

What Are Those? Odd Object Carry.

Each athlete will pick and carry 3 objects 25' per object. This event will be staggard, so when you complete moving with one object the other will be waiting for you to carry it to the next one. Odd objects can be kegs, sandbags, husafell, large rocks, stones, and more! The weights posted are the ranges I will have for objects. So yes this is kind of a mystery style event. 

Allowed: Wrist wraps, sleeves, chalk, grip shirt, hard or soft belt, gloves, spray tacky.

Not Allowed: Lifting straps of any kind, pine tacky of any kind IE Spider, Atlas, Cerberus etc.

All events and weights are subjected to change due to unforeseen circumstance's
