Berserker Strength and Conditioning is presenting Louisiana's first Grip Strength Competition, sanctioned by Armlifting USA!

This will be a qualifying event for the 2025 World Armlifting Championships in Las Vegas, NV, which will be held on October 10-11, 2025.

Each Division/ Class with 3 or more athletes will be competing for an invitation to the 2025 World Armlifting Championships. Each Division/ Class will be competing for cash prizes for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd places. If a class has a solo athlete, that athlete will be moved up to the next class to be combined. Each Podium finisher will receive a medal for their individual placement in their class.
The pound for pound strongest male and female athletes at the conclusion of the event will receive a Trible WOD Hammer Kettlebell (35lb for women/ 55lb for men) along with a cash prize.
Each registered athlete on arrival to event will receive an athlete shirt and athlete kit (draw string bag containing sponsor merch).

Events for Mjohnir's Battle:

*3"x4" Saxon Bar
*Rogue Axle Deadlift
*Rogue Anvil

Events will be a rising bar format with no attempt limit (once athlete fails a lift there will be no more attempts for that athlete on that event). Weights will not be lowered for additional attempts. Athletes must clear the implement from the floor and hips have to be fully extended. For single arm events athlete can not use the non-lifting hand as a brace for the lift. THERE WILL BE NO TACKY TOWELS OR TACKY USED BY ANY MEANS. Chalk, arm sleeves, knee sleeves, and supportive belts are approved pieces of equipment.

*A rules meeting and demonstration for each event will commence prior to the first event*

Weigh-ins will be Friday July 25 from 4pm-7pm and Saturday 8am-9am (subject to change).

In the event of a tie between athletes, a mystery tie breaker event will be implemented.

Competition fee is $40 per athlete, each athlete must be an Armlifting USA member at the time of the competition ($20 on Armlifting USA website). 

Hotel Details are pending but there will be a hotel on the property providing rooms at a discounted rate. There will be an after party that evening to celebrate as well. These details will be updated as soon as specifics are locked in.
