WEIGH-INS: Saturday from 8-9 am, Friday from 11am till 5pm

DIVISIONS for Mob City’s Strongest Man IV: 

Women’s Divisions

Novice: Women (Will split if 5 HW and 5 LW)

Masters (40+): Open (Will split if 5 HW and 5 LW)

Lightweight Women: 140.4lbs and under

Middleweight Women: 140.5-180.4lbs

Heavyweight Women: 180.5+lbs

Men’s Divisions

Novice: Men (Will split if 5 HW and 5 LW)

Masters (40+): Open (Will split if 5 HW and 5 LW)

Lightweight Men: 175lbs and under.

Middleweight Men: 175.5-231.4lbs

Heavyweight Men: 231.5+lbs

*Weight classes may be consolidated or split depending on number of applicants

(There will be a 50-competitor cap for Mob City’s Strongest Man)

EVENTS: 

1. Log/Circus Dumbbell Medley- Clean and Press each implement for max reps in 60 seconds
2. Keg Carry and Load – Pick 1st keg, carry 50’ and load over bar. Run back and repeat with 2nd heavier keg. Men’s load height 52’, women’s 48’.
3. Car Deadlift – Car frame must be lifted from the ground to a locked-out position, each rep. You will receive a DOWN command for each rep. Must strap in on the clock. Belts, sleeves, wraps, and straps are allowed. NO suits allowed.
4. Yoke Carry – Pick and carry Yoke 50’. Drops allowed. 60 second time limit.
5. Hammer Hold- Hold implement in front with straight arms at 90 degrees for max time.
