Tenth Annual Motor City's Strongest Man. It's time to bring the power back to the Motor City.

*Must have at least 4 in each weight class to keep the class otherwise it will be combined

Events are subject to change. 

Events:

1)  Axle clean and press every rep in 60 seconds. Highest reps win. Axle bar will have wagon wheels that are not fixed.

- must wait for the down command

- no dropping from overhead after lock out, must atleast control to chest

- chalk is allowed, tacky is not

2) Wagon wheel 13" axle deadlift. 50lbs will be added to the bar after the 1st and 2nd rep. After the 2nd rep and the 50lbs is added, competitor will rep out with the remaining amount of time. Most reps win.

3) Yoke walk for 50 ft. Fastest time wins.

4) Farmers walk for max distance with 50ft increments. Once the front of the implement crosses the 50ft line, competitor can set the weight down, regrip and walk 50ft back. This process will continue and furthest distance walked in 60 seconds wins.

- No drops are allowed between the two 50ft lines.

5) Max distance sandbag carry.

- Bags must start standing up
