This event is brought to you by Corona and Ole Smokey Moonshine. This competition is an homage to old school Strongman, so the entire event will be on sand! Some of these weights will change once I am able to conduct better tests on the actual competition surface. Thank you in advance for your patience. The Odd Object Carry: will be some combination of a sandbag, a fire hydrant, a keg and a Whiskey Barrel. Sumo will be Bracket Style. Happy Training.
