Sanctioned Show, must have Strongman Corporation membership. National Qualifier, can be used for 2024 or 2025. Weigh ins and competition will be held at Music City Muscle Gym. Competition will start at 430pm. 

Pressing Ladder: Each athlete will have to clean and press 6 implements, starting with an axle then alternating through 3 axles and 3 logs 75 sec time cap

Max Deadlift: There will be hummer tires on a cerberus mammoth bar. Athletes will have 3 attempts to hit the highest lift possible. No suits. 14 inch pick height

Zercher Yoke Carry: 100ft (drop and repick at 50ft) For time, Unlimited drops. 60 sec time cap

Bag throw ladder: Athlete will have 5 bags to throw over a standard in ascending order. fastest time wins. Females = 13', Males = 15'. 60 sec time cap

Sandbag Load to farmers carry: Athletes must pick and carry a sandbag 25ft and load over a bar, then go over/under the bar, repick same bag and carry for another 25ft to load over a second bar, before moving on to a 50ft farmers carry to complete the time. 75 sec time cap

Early Weigh ins: Friday Aug 23rd  6am - 3pm  or   Saturday Aug 24th 2-3pm 

Rules at 4pm  You can arrive as early as 2pm
