Event 1: Press Medley Axle/Log
60 seconds as many reps as possible, alternating between implements. A press will be considered good when the athlete shows control of the implement with it locked out overhead, with shoulders, hips, and knees stacked. A “down” command will be given when the judge determines the lift is complete. The athlete will start with the log and then move to the axle. Athletes can use wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, belts, grip shirts. No Tacky.

Event 2: Super Yoke
60-second limit. Athletes must carry the Yoke 50ft as fast as possible. Implement must completely cross the finish line. Drops are permitted; however, sliding is not and a 2-second slide penalty will be added to time. Distance will be measured at the end of the implement if not completed. Equipment Allowed: Belt, Knee wraps or sleeves, chalk. Equipment NOT Allowed: Tacky or tacky towel

Event 3: Deadlift ladder
60-second limit. There will be a deadlift bar, axle deadlift, deadlift bar, and axle deadlift. The weight will increase for every implement. Athletes will strap in on their own time after the go command from the judge. Each rep must get a down command from the judge before the athlete can move onto the next implement. All 4 of the implements will be from a normal deadlift height of 9in. Fastest time wins with split times for any athletes that cannot complete all 4 lifts. Allowed Equipment: Belt, wrist straps, Knee wraps or sleeves, chalk. Equipment NOT Allowed: Tacky or tacky towel

Event 4: Farms carry for distance
This event will be for distance but will have a time cap of 60 seconds. The athletes will pick the farmers handles on the judges go command and take them 50ft on the other side of the 50ft markers will be an area where the athletes can put the farmers down, turn around, and re-pick the handles. Distance will be measured if the handles are dropped outside of these areas or from where the athlete is at the end of the 60 seconds. Allowed equipment: Belts, chalk, wrist wraps, elbow & knee sleeves. Equipment NOT allowed: Straps, tacky or tacky towel.

Event 5: keg carry medley
3 kegs will be carried 50ft each keg increasing in weight fastest time wins. Drops are allowed but there will be a 60 second time cap. The kegs must all be standing upright and the time will not stop until the athlete's hands are off of the last keg. Allowed equipment: Belts, chalk, wrist wraps, elbow & knee sleeves, grip shirts, gloves. Equipment NOT allowed: Built-up shelf belts, tacky or tacky towel.

Notes: As a niche sport we have to take care and treat all equipment and venue with respect. Any throwing or slamming of weights or bad treatment of implements or warm-up equipment will be dealt with in an appropriate manner based on judges and promoters discretion. Crash pads and mats will be provided when and where needed and as competitors, we understand normal use and mishaps. Let’s work together to have a great competition for everyone.
