Weigh-ins are April 23rd, 2021 between 5-8 pm at Strength Discovery or the morning of.

Awards are for: 1st place only. First place in each class qualifies for Nationals June 6th, 2021
Spectator Fee: $5 for Adults 18+
Events:
- Axle Clean and Press - Clean and press each rep. Most reps in 60 sec. Have to wait for the down command. No lifting straps.
- Wagon Wheel Axle Deadlift - Most Reps in 60 Sec. NO LIFTING STRAPS. NO TAP AND GO. Hands must open at the bottom before you start your next rep. NO DEADLIFT SUITES
- Yoke Walk - Fastest time in 60 sec. Multiple drops allows. Straight Shot 75'
- Barry Carry - Fastest time in 60 sec. Equipment will be on the ground. Time stops when hands are off and equipment is standing and not moving. No drops. 100' (50' with a turn). This is similar to the Husafell carry.
- Keg Over Bar - Most reps in 60 sec. Hands start on the bar. No using the bar as a aid.
