1.75 Raptor Single Hand Deadlift - Stage 1 Event

FORMAT: Unlimited attempts (60 sec. time limit on each attempt) in a last man standing contest.  If the athlete misses an attempt, he or she is done for that event. THE ATHLETE IS NOT ALLOWED TO GO BACK DOWN AND TRY A LIGHTER WEIGHT.
SCORING:  Places and scores will be percentage based.  Stage 1 and Stage 2 will be cumulative.   There would be three events each stage, plus additional events if the promoter wanted to run them.  The top score could be 600 points if an athlete won every event of both stages.

You are responsible for Videotaping all your own lifts for submission to Riccardo Magni for World Super Stage ranking and potential prize money.

EVENT 4 - Not included in the Super Series Scoring

Competitor order will be determined by the previous events. 1st Place will go last, 2nd Place will go second to last and so on...

Implements Involved:

1. Hexagonal Dumbbells (4) various weights

2.  Hell Hub

3. Thumb Blaster

4. The Payne

5. Bumper Plate

6. Nickel Pinch

All the Women's divisions will have the same weights and the Men's divisions will have the same weights. The implements are to be loaded onto crash pads. You do not need to go in order and can start on any implement.

60 Second time limit

If all implements aren't loaded onto the crash pads then total weight loaded will be calculated. No split times will be given.

For ALL Events

Only powder chalk allowed.

Nothing allowed on wrists or hands except for a wedding ring.
