Weigh ins day of from 730-9am.  

There is ample metered parking adjacent to the gym.

1) Log C+P Every Rep: Athlete will have 60 seconds to get as many reps as possible.  Down command only and for a good rep feet must be in line, arms locked out and head through.  Must be brought back to ground.  You can strict press, push press, jerk or split jerk.  12" log (Pitbull)  for men and 10" log (Titan) for women.  Chalk, belts and sleeves are allowed.  

2) Wagon Wheel Axle Deadlift for reps: Athlete will have 60 seconds to get as many reps as possible. 13" pick height. Up and down commands given.  For a down signal hips and knees locked out.  Chalk, belts, straps and sleeves are allowed.  Hitching allowed, No Sumo, No Suits.

3)  Head to Head Farmers Hold: No time limit. your time starts when you lock out and finishes when one or both implements hit the ground. Chalk, belts and sleeves are allowed.  No tacky, No straps.  

4) Keg Carry:  Max distance carry with turns at 40' around cone.  Distance recorded when you drop the keg, no throwing it further.  Athlete can not sit at any point in a squat for a break.  If you do the distance will be recorded here.  Athlete cannot carry on the shoulder, it must be carried in front of body. Chalk, belts and sleeves are allowed.  

5) Stone Series:  4 stones descending platforms. 60 sec time limit.  fastest time wins, partial rep/time will count. tacky allowed

Men: 58"/54"/50"/46"

Women: 54"/50"/46"/42"

We will split into 2 groups and half will go Log then DL and vice versa.  Same groups and half will go Keg carry then farmer hold and vice versa.  Then ALL will finish with stones.

No grip shirts allowed on any event.  Contest shirt must be worn except on stones.
