Weigh ins , yoke heights and Registration from 7am-8am.  Followed by rules meeting, the National Anthem and warmups and contest starts at 9am sharp.

Competition shirt order will be placed on January 3rd, so if you'd like a comp tee, register by then, registering afterwards CANNOT guarantee an event shirt.

You must have a valid USS membership which can be done from their website using your Iron Podium log in details.  This is available 1/1/25.

Axle: Clean and Press every rep.  Can use belt to clean. 60 sec time limit.  Down command ONLY when feet are parallel, arms locked out, head through.  Grip Shirts ok as long as it isn't of another federation.

Yoke: 40' down and 40' back.  Unlimited drops.  Front of yoke just need to pass the line both ways.  60 sec time limit. Partial distance will be recorded. Grip Shirts ok as long as it isn't of another federation.

Deadlift:  DL bar, up and down commands.  Hips & knees locked out and shoulders back.  60 sec time limit.  No Sumo. No Suits.  Chalk, straps, belts and knee sleeves ok

Keg:  40' down and 40' back.  No drops. Partial disance will be recorded if you drop it.  No resting in lap. No shouldering and can be carried in front of the bady vertically, horizontally or staggered.  60 sec time limit. Grip Shirts ok as long as it isn't of another federation.

Sandbag.  Reps over bar, 46" women, 50" men.  60 sec time limit. Grip Shirts ok as long as it isn't of another federation.  Position the bag how you want to start but before go command is given, hands will be on the crossbar.  YOU Will move around to the other side, via around the apparatus or under the bar, and repeat.  Bag will not be pushed back to you.
