Will be adding events and more information. This is our first competition so wanted to get it out there early.
Event 1 is log press for reps most reps in one minute clean and press every rep.
Event 2 front hold for time arms straight and back flat against a wall longest time wins
Event 3 wagon wheel deadlift for max 13inch height texas deadlift bar 3 attempts 20lb weight jumps sumo is not allowed
Event 4 tire flip loading medley planning to have different weight catltle lick tubs to load on and trailer and then flip a tire for fastest time wins
Event 5 Arm over arm pull still working on details
Novice is generally recommended for newcomers.
Rules meeting will be a 930am and start at 10
Weigh in and check in day before or morning of competition
