Event 1

Axle Clean and Press every rep

60 sec. time limit

only a down command will be given

Belt cleans are allowed.

Allowed: Wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, grip shirts, Belts and chalk

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind, built up belts

Event 2

Axle Deadlift 

As many reps as possible 

60 sec. Time limit

Up and down commands

Athlete will be allowed to strap in before start of timer..

Shoes not required but feet and shins must be covered (ex. Deadlift socks)

Allowed: wrist wraps, wrist straps, figure 8s, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, soft belt, hard belt and chalk.

Not Allowed: Suits, Briefs or tacky of any kind..

Event 3

SandBag Front Carry

Max Distance

60 second time limit

No Drops

Allowed: wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, soft belt, hard belt, grip shirt and chalk

Not Allowed: Tacky of any kind

Event 4

Yoke to Farmers Carry

50" Distance (25' with a turn) then run back to get farmers and move farmers 50' (25' with a turn)

60 Seconds to move yoke 50 feet. then move farmers handles 50 feet. Unlimited Drops

Allowed: wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, soft belt, hard belt, grip shirt, and chalk

Not Allowed: tacky of any kind, straps or figure 8 straps

Event 5

Sand Bag over Bar

Athlete will have 60 seconds to put the bag over the bar as many times as possible. 

Men's height 52"

Women's Height 48"

You can either go around the yoke or under the bar of the yoke to get to the other side.

Bag must be completely over bar when the time stops for the rep to count.

Allowed: wrist wraps, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, soft belt, hard belt, grip shirt, and chalk

Not Allowed: tacky of any kind, gloves
