If you are late to register and do not see your weight class, it is because no one had signed up for it.  You can compete in the current listed classes and make weight for your intended and it would still quailfy for 2025 Nats.

You must be registered by April 14th to be guaranteed a competition shirt.

Top 3 in each class and 1st place Novice qualify for USS 2025 Nationals.

Trophies for 1st, 2nd, 3rd Place.

Parking:  There is ample metered parking adjacent to the gym.

Weigh Ins/Registration: 730am-9am.  Plan Ahead. Do not miss.

Some weight classes may be combined.  If you want this to qualify for 2025 Nationals, you still need to make weight in the class you want to qualify for.

915am: Live National Anthem

9:20-9:30: Rules Meeting.

9:30-10am: Warmups

10am: Competition Begins!

3/4pm: Awards Ceremony

1. Press: Circus DB:  C+P every rep, Reps in 60 seconds.  Down commands only.  2 hands to clean to the shoulder, must have one hand off the DB before you press.  Strict press, push press, push jerk, split jerk all acceptable.  Feet must be in line however and under control with arm locked out for a down command.

2. Car Deadlift: Front Handle @13" pick height.  Reps in 60 seconds.  Up and Down commands.  No suits.  Any kind of straps allowed but hand must remain in contact with handle, no figure 8 dangling from wrist and not actually holding on to handle.

 3. Keg Carry & Load Medley:  3 kegs will be staggered 30', 20', 10' from the bar, lightest to heaviest in that order.  Kegs will be upright and athlete will start hands off the keg.  When given signal from judge, athlete starts with lightest keg and must be carried and loaded over the bar.  Men to 50", women to 46"Cannot touch other kegs until the previous one is loaded.  60 sec time limit. Partial keg/time will be given if athlete DNF.

4. Conan's Wheel:  Athlete will pre-determine height of bar.  Once picked, arm must be carried in front of the body in the crook of the arms, counterclockwise, for as many revolutions as possible. No time limit.  Once dropped distance to be recorded.

5. Head to Head Farmers Hold:  2 Athletes will face head to head and hold a pair of farmer handles for max time.

6. Keg & Bag Toss:  5 total for fastest time.  60 sec time limit.  Women 10'/Men 14'

THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!!!   Car DL, Conan's and Bag Toss will be outside and other events inside the gym.  Bring your coolers, water, food, snacks, etc.  

For all events you can wear a hard or soft belt or both, Chalk, elbow sleeves, knee sleeves, etc.
