Parking lot at Iron Legion is reserved for the Strongman/Powerlifting event, athlete tent and volunteers. 

We will have 24 hour weigh ins at Iron Legion. Hours are 5am-7pm on Friday.

Event 1: Thor's Hammer Hold

Arms extended, hammer vertical, back against wall for time

Event 2: Rope Hoist

Max weight rope lift to 15’ height. 3 attempts.

Event 3: 3 Implement Ground to Overhead (Log / Axle / Keg)

3:00 Time Cap

Log: 2 Reps

Axle Bar: 3 Reps

Keg: As many reps as possible

Event 4: 5 Ascending Atlas Stones to Height

5 Stones to Height for time.

Event 5: Iron Cross Medley (Wheelbarrow / Husselfel / Farmer Carry / Sled )
