Event doors will open to athletes at 8am (free entrance), spectators at 9am ($10 fee at door, no exceptions), food and beverage sales inside building. Spectator tickets available for pre-sale on ironpodium.com or in person at Full Circle Strength Systems for $10. Kids 12 and under are free.

EVENT RULES and INFORMATION - all weights subject to change without notice.
EVENT 1 – MAX WHEELBARROW DEADLIFT - Athlete will start with hands on the implement, facing toward the wheelbarrow, and have 60 seconds to lockout a complete rep. Feet must be square with knees and hips fully extended to get a completed rep and down command from the judge. Last man standing rules; weight jumps TBD. No soft lockouts. Soft and hard belts, chalk and liquid chalk, elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps allowed. No straps, no gloves, no tacky, no deadlift suits, no whining.
EVENT 2 - ARM OVER ARM SLED PULL – Athlete will be standing at the start with hands on the rope and feet within a designated space on the floor. If athlete steps outside of the designated space during the event then a disqualification will ensue. Sled will be weighed down with various kegs/weights. A time will be taken once the sled is pulled completely across the 60' course. 60 sec time limit. Fastest time OR longest distance recorded wins, pending the athlete cannot finish the event. Soft and hard belts, chalk and liquid chalk, elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves allowed. No tacky.
EVENT 3 – LOG CLEAN AND PRESS FOR REPS – Athlete will have 60 seconds to complete as many reps as possible. Must clean every rep. Hands can be on the implement at the start. All presses allowed, including: push press, push jerk, split jerk, strict press. Lockouts will be judged based on feet standing square in place, arms fully extended overhead with obvious extension of elbows, and head through (no incline lockouts). Judge will give the athlete a down command once all criteria is met per rep. Men and women will use 12" logs. Soft and hard belts, USS approved grip shirts, chalk and liquid chalk, elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps allowed. No tacky, no gloves.
EVENT 4 - CARRY/PUSH/PULL MEDLEY – 75 sec time limit. Athlete will carry a keg 60' and load it onto a sled, then push the sled 60' back to the designated start line (only the front of the sled must cross) where they will then pull an anchor chain 60' to a designated finish line (entire chain must cross the line to record a time). Fastest time OR longest distance recorded wins. Hands can be on the keg when time starts. Soft and hard belts, chalk and liquid chalk, elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves allowed. No tacky, no grip shirts.
EVENT 5 – KEG OVER BAR – Athlete will have 60 seconds to carry and load 3 kegs over a 48" bar (yoke). Kegs will be 20', 15' and 10' from the loading bar (yoke) with the lightest being the farthest away. Hands can be on the implement to start and athletes must carry and load in order of longest to shortest distance from the bar (yoke). Kegs must be standing upright at the beginning of the event. No shouldering kegs. Split times will be taken at the time the keg hits the floor after being loaded over the bar (yoke). Fastest time OR most kegs loaded wins pending the athlete cannot finish the event. Soft and hard belts, USS approved grip shirts, chalk and liquid chalk, elbow and knee sleeves, wrist wraps, gloves allowed. No tacky.
