Brittany Diamond is a Pro Strongwoman and 3x 3rd Strongest Woman in the World with a unique athletic background of track and field, DI rowing, and bodybuilding. She owns BDimez Training where her mission is to showcase what strength can do for your quality of life in mind, body. and spirit. She has been coaching other strength athletes for competition, nutrition, and overall daily life for 10 years and conducts seminars all over the world. During Brittany's seminar she will give you 1:1 coaching on events, discuss program design, nutrition, proper warm-ups and answer any and all questions.  

 This is for all levels of athletes and different types of power and strength athletes. Events covered will be log, yoke, sandbags, stones, farmers, clean and press with axle, and others.
