Orlando Strongman 5 "Pounds of Flesh" is coming. USS STRONGMAN  Sanctioned event.

Bringing you some of the best of old school strongman lifts and some  classics events as well. And Why not Show everyone how strong you are but in a place like where it all started a beer hall / a brewery.

Using not just metal and stone but Human  weight as well. Prepare for our best and most interesting year yet.

Will development Stone Circus Dumbbell Press.  While using a newly developed Stone circus Dumbbell, Competitors will press selected weight for their division as many reps as possible. Full lock out with a down call onto a crash pad with control will complete one full rep. Chalk, wrist wraps and sleeves are allowed and encouraged. Absolutely no tacky.

Rising Dead Deadlift-  Similar to a car deadlift in style of the pull, But instead of a vehicle,  The basket will be loaded with people and will increase weight with each rep. After weight limit is set ,athlete will rep out that weight.   Chalk,  straps and belts are allowed. no suits 

Yoke school bus . Human weighted   for max weight for 30 feet , no drops.  3 attempts , any fail at any one weight despite what number attempt- you are out. Starting weights will differ from class to class.  Heavier weight classes may have a mixture of plates and human resources.
