EVENTS
1. Super Yoke
Description pick up this heavy yoke and move it 10 feet.
- Length of 10 feet for the course
- THIS WILL BE HEAVY
- Multiple Drops are allowed
- 30 second time limit
- Start Under the yoke
- 2 belts Maximum
- Don’t worry, you won’t slide it
- This is judged by distance and time
2. Log Clean and Press
Clean:
- The athlete must lift the log from the ground to the chest.
- The log can be cleaned in any manner (e.g., by a single clean or multiple clean attempts).
- The athlete is allowed to adjust their grip on the log while cleaning it.
Press:
- After the clean, the athlete must press the log overhead to full lockout.
- The log must be fully overhead with arms locked out, and the knees and elbows should be straight.
- The log must remain overhead until the referee calls it a successful lift.
- Normal log press. Jerk, Strict, split jerky, herky jerky or Push Press.
- No resting the log on your head.
Lift:
- The lift is considered successful when the log is clean and pressed overhead to a locked-out position, with both feet flat on the ground, feet side by side.
- If you have an issue with lockout, let the judge know.
- Weight:
- Find your Max in 3 lifts. Wessels rule.
3. Get a Grip
- You have 1 minute to run the gauntlet and test your grip.
- The course is 30ish feet long and features a maximum of 6 grip events.
- Start by standing behind the line. Pick up or complete each implement and get approval from the judge to move on to the next stage.
- If you don't complete the course within the time limit, you'll be given a recorded time. Ideally there is a 1-minute time cap, but you have to finish all the implements. If everyone goes over a minute, fastest time wins.
- Lifts will include challenges like the Saxon Bar, Plate Grip, and other items designed to test your grip strength/stamina.
- Most of these will resemble a deadlift—simply pick it up, set it down when the judge says, and move on. Notice I said MOST. NO CHALK unless you really need it. You can skip 1 event for a 7 second time penalty. Choose Wisely
Saxon Bar weights may change. Pick it up, wait for the down command. Simple.
Dimple Pinch is goin to be two or more plates that you have to pick up and lockout, like a deadlift. I would prefer no chalk on this event, but if you have chalk on your hands already, it is acceptable.
Grocery Grab simulates walking from your car with a handful of groceries, with an empty aluminum can in the same hand as the grocery bag. If you crush the can, no point awarded. Fingers have to be around bag handles and not on the wrist. Must carry 10ft in a single hand without dropping the bag or can. Ideally, your thumb and forefinger will carry the aluminum can and your other 3 fingers will hold the bag.
Surprise, not heavy but different. Like a sword handle hold similar to dinnie stones.
Plate flip is just that. You get two tries to flip a plate. One rep must be complete.
Fore Arm Blaster will be a piece of PVC pie with a bar through it and a weight tied to the end. Using both hands, you must roll the weight up to the taped mark and unroll it back to the ground. If you drop it, it's a no rep. This event can not be skipped.

4. Deadlift Lifts (Chamillionaire Version)
The deadlift event will feature three distinct lifts, each performed at different heights:
- 13-inch Lift
- 9-inch Lift
- Shoe Top Height Lift
- Each lift will challenge the athlete's ability to handle varying heights, testing strength, control, and technique.
- The athlete will roll the bar between lifts to achieve the correct height.
- Athlete will start at 13 inches, then go to shoe top and lastly 9 inches
- Use whatever you need to make the lifts.
5. Beat Huck Smash
- You will be given 4 cinder blocks and 30 seconds to smash them with any hammer we have.
- Huck (Me) will film him breaking the blocks and record his time.
- If you beat Huck, you get a point. If you don’t beat huck, it’s a zero. Points will be awarded in each group by time and finishing the event.
- If you, Athlete 1, beat Huck’s time and finish, your finishing time will be the time to beat in your class.
- If the next athlete Beats Huck and their time is slower than Athlete 1, then they will get 2nd place points. A Zero is a 0.
