Weigh ins: Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 8-9:15 at McMillan
Rules/start time: Rules will be at 9:30, start time 10:00

(Strongman Corp. membership REQUIRED of all competitors, and will be available at the show)

Awards:

Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd. 1st and 2nd of each open class qualifies for 2021 Nationals as long as each class has 5 competitors.

 

Refunds: There are NO refunds or entry transfers. 

Entry Cap: As of now there is a 40 athlete cap. This could increase depending on Covid rules by March 2021.

  2. Front Handle Car Deadlift
    As many reps as possible in 60 seconds. Suits and straps allowed. Up and down commands.
  3. Double Farmer's Carry
    40 feet each way.
  4. Triple Circus DB medley
    3 Bells for time
  5. Last Man Standing Max Atlas Stone
    47" stand for women, 51" stand for men
