Weigh ins: Friday 5-7pm, Saturday 9-9:30am at Universal Athletics.
Rules/start time: Rules will be at 9:30, start time 10:00am

Awards:
Trophies awarded in each class for 1st-3rd. 1st and 2nd place of each open class qualifies for Nationals
Events:
1) Viking Press for reps - 60 second time limit. Push press only, no push jerk. Once you set implement down on ground, your turn is over.
2) Max Barbell Deadlift - ***PA State Record eligible***suits and straps ok - 30 seconds per attempt - Wessels Rule
3) Last Man Standing Strongman Throwbag over bar. 10 foot bar for women. 15 foot bar for men. 30 seconds per attempt.
Weights currently are: 15, 20, 25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 60
4) Carry/Drag Medley - Carry Fire Hydrant 40 feet and stand up on mat. Run back to start for duck walk. Carry 40 feet and stand up on mat. Drag full sled backwards to start line 40 feet. 60 second time limit.
5) Atlas Stone over bar for reps. 60 second time limit. Tacky ok. Grip shirts are NOT allowed.
