RULES:
PA Block Press Medley - 60 seconds time limit
- - Competitor will clean each block from the ground and press above head one time
- - Blocks will be pressed from lightest to heaviest block
- - Athlete must complete all 3 blocks for fastest time.
- - Athlete must wait for the judges down command
- - NO TREE TOPPING BLOCKS
- - No resting on your head
- Allowed: Wrist wraps, belts, chalk, grip shirts, sleeves
- Not allowed: Tacky, grip shirts
Hercules Hold - hold on for as long as possible
Max Barbell Deadlift - Wessels rule. Make an attempt to get another. Miss any attempt and you are done. 20lb jumps for women. Plate and quarter jumps for men.
Farmer's Carry - 50 feet down, drop, turn, carry 50 feet back.
Max Distance Keg Carry - turns at 50 feet. Max distance
