RULES:

• PA Block Press Medley
  - 60 seconds time limit
• - Competitor will clean each block from the ground and press above head one time
• - Blocks will be pressed from lightest to heaviest block
• - Athlete must complete all 3 blocks for fastest time.
• - Athlete must wait for the judges down command
• - NO TREE TOPPING BLOCKS
• - No resting on your head
• Allowed: Wrist wraps, belts, chalk, grip shirts, sleeves
• Not allowed: Tacky, SC/OSG grip shirts

• Max 18” Deadlift
  - 60 second time limit per attempt
• - 3 attempts
• - Wessels Rules
• - Judge must give down command for completed lift – hips and knees locked.
• Allowed: Straps, belts, suits, and hitching
• Not allowed: Sumo and baby oil

• Giant Chain Drag
  - 60 second time limit
• - 50ft course
• - Anyone that does not finish, total distance will be measured
• - Must grab the chain by the end link or links.
• Allowed: Sleeves, belts, wrist wraps, gloves and belts
• Not allowed: Tacky, built up belts, and baby oil

• Conans Wheel
  - Max Distance
• - Competitor will begin on judge’s command
• - Once the implement is dropped, total distance will be measured
• - No sliding
• - All competitors will go in a clockwise rotation
• - Competitor will begin set up on the implement
• Allowed: Grip shirts, belts, chalk, sleeves, wrist wraps
• Not allowed: No tacky, SC/OSG grip shirts

• Hercules Hold
  - No time limit
• - One attempt for best time.
• - Athletes are to stand with arms extended, gripping handles that restrain weight from each side
• - Athlete must hold the handles straight out from the torso, a slight bend in the elbows in permitted however if bend becomes too great the judge has the right to stop the event and record the time.
• - Timing will stop when the athlete no longer is able to hold the weight, or time is called by the judge. The judge may read of time passed.
• Allowed: Belt, chalk, knee wraps, sleeves, and wrist wraps
• Not allowed: No tacky, gloves, straps
