Weigh-ins: Weigh-ins will be held at Strengthbuilt Athletics on Friday, July 30th. Athletes will have two options to do weigh-ins - 8:00am-10:00am and 4:00:pm-6:00pm.

Press Medley:
60 Seconds time limit, implements will be 10ft apart, you must complete each press before moving to the next. Must get a down command from judge for each rep
- one clean and press on axle
- one clean and press on log
- Women - 10 inch log
- Men - 12 inch log
- one clean and press on block
- one clean, and press away with DBs for the remainder of the 60 seconds (must get a down command for each rep)

Sand Bag Carry (Max distance)
Carry sandbag down and back until time runs out or you drop the sandbag. Course is 50ft. there will be a 60 second time limit. If you drop the sandbag, you will receive a score based on how far you traveled up until that point. whomever covers the most distance in 60 seconds, wins.

Axle Wagon wheel Deadlift (last man standing)
bar will be loaded with designated starting weight. Every athlete must attempt the lift in order to continue. lift is complete once you are given the down command from judge.
- Weight will jump 40-50 lbs each lift until 3-4 athletes remain
- 60 second to complete attempt
- Athletes are scored by their last successful lift
- If you miss a lift, you are out

Sandbag Toss
Athletes will have 3 sandbags, ascending in weight, setup 15ft from starting line. you will have 60 seconds to complete 3 tosses over a specified height. fastest time to complete all 3 sandbag tosses successfully wins. Athletes that do not complete all 3 tosses successfully will be scored by how many successful tosses were completed.

Truck Pull
Athletes will be harnessed to vehicle with a lead rope and spotter for removing slack from athlete's path. Course is set at 50ft. fastest time or longest distance pulled wins. Fastest time is scored before distance.
