Three Peaks Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit committed to saving lives and strengthening communities through mental health advocacy and suicide prevention. Rooted in the values of faith, family, and personal responsibility, their mission is to empower individuals to build resilience, seek help without shame, and find renewed hope in life’s hardest moments. The foundation supports those facing mental health challenges and helps families who have lost a loved one to suicide by covering a portion of funeral and burial costs. Through events and community outreach, they raise both awareness and critical funds to make a meaningful impact for individuals and families in need.

 

Weigh-In Information:

Friday, October 10th from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM

Or the morning of the event from 7:30 AM to 8:30 AM at the Litchfield Fairgrounds

Please Note: 

Event details, weights, and rules are subject to change at any time.

 

No tacky on any event except stones. No suits or knee wraps on any event. No silly CrossFit wraps that give you the grip to lift the universe. One pair of knee sleeves, one pair of elbow sleeves, wrist wraps, and soft and/or hard belts are allowed for all events. Straps allowed for deadlift only, no figure 8s. 

 

 

Pine State Press Medley:

All implements will start from the ground. Each athlete must clean and press the axle and then the log once, before moving on to the circus dumbbell for max reps. 

Athletes can use any method of pressing the weight overhead (split jerk, push jerk, push press, strict press).

CDB IS CLEAN AND PRESS AWAY

BELT CLEANS ARE ALLOWED

 

Implements (in order):

- Axle (once)

- Log (once)

- Circus Dumbbell (CDB) – AMRAP (As Many Reps As Possible)

- Perform as many reps as possible in 60 seconds

 

Example Scoring:

Axle – 1 rep completed

Log – 1 rep completed

CDB – 3 reps completed

Total Score = 5 reps

 

Equipment Allowed:

- 2 Belts, one hard, one soft

- Wrist wraps

- Elbow/knee sleeves

- Grip shirts

 

Equipment Not Allowed:

- Straps

- Tacky

- Elbow wraps

 

Car Deadlift:

- NO FIGURE 8 STRAPS ALLOWED, ONLY FIGURE 6 STRAPS (WRAP AROUND STRAPS)

- Athletes will start strapped into the implement.

- Athletes may be locked in and braced, but the implement must not leave the ground until the judge gives the “Go” command. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in a ZERO for the car deadlift event.

- Perform as many reps as possible in 60 seconds.

- Military vehicle will be used

- Front handle with about a 13"-15" pick

 

Equipment Allowed:

- 2 Belts, one hard, one soft

- Figure 6 straps (wrap around straps)

- Wrist wraps

- Elbow/knee sleeves

 

Equipment Not Allowed:

- Figure 8 straps/Olympic leather straps/metal hook straps

- Tacky

- Knee wraps

- Suits

 

Load to Yoke Medley:

A sandbag and a keg will be positioned at one end of the course. A yoke will be set approximately 50 feet away at the opposite end.

Athletes will start on the side of the objects (opposite the yoke).

This event is for time, with a 90-second time cap. Athletes will select their yoke bar height at weigh-ins.

 

On the judge's signal, athletes will:

- Carry the first object down to the yoke and load it over the yoke bar

- Athletes can choose either implement to load over the bar first

- Run down again to retrieve the second object, carry it back, and load it over the yoke bar.

- Pick the yoke and carry it back to the original starting point.

- Once the front of the yoke crosses the line at the other end, time will be called.

- Sandbag/keg can start either upright, or on its side.

- Grip shirts

- Wrist wraps

- Elbow/knee sleeves/Wraps

 

Equipment Not Allowed:

- Tacky

- Suits

 

Last Man Standing Bottoms Up Yoke Squat:

Athletes will get their pick height at weigh-in. Pick height will be around slightly above parallel.

Starting at 165, there will be 50/40lb jumps for each round. 

Athletes are allowed to take as many attempts as they want, and jump in whenever they would like, once the opening weight for their class is loaded on. 

Athletes will get 30 seconds per attempt.

If you fail an attempt, you are finished.

- 2 Belts, one hard, one soft

- Grip shirts

- Wrist wraps

- Elbow/knee sleeves/Wraps

 

Equipment Not Allowed:

- Tacky

- Suits

 

Heads-Up Stones:

Format:

8 athletes will compete head-to-head in a fast-paced, elimination-style stone battle.

4 athletes on one side, 4 on the other.

 

Objective:

Athletes must lift the stone over the barrier. The round continues until one athlete can't complete a lift. 

The other athlete moves on to the next round.

 

Elimination:

If one athlete quits or fails to complete a lift, they are eliminated.

The winner of each round moves on until one remains.

 

NOTE:

In the event that the first athlete fails the initial lift, the second athlete must complete one successful rep to advance. If the second athlete cannot complete the rep, both athletes are eliminated.

- Grip shirts

- Elbow/knee sleeves/Wraps

- Tacky

 

Equipment Not Allowed:

- Built-up belts that allow the stone to rest on top (tongues of prong belts and levers in the back)
