Weigh-ins are at The Gym (400 N. Center St., Westminster, MD) Jan. 19, 9 a.m.-12 p.m. OR 5-9 p.m. Rules meeting at 8 a.m. on Jan. 20. 

EVENTS

• Axle clean & press ladder
• Basket deadlift
• Yoke carry to sandbag load
• Frame carry (70 ft.)
• Head-to-head stones (reps, 60 sec.)

Athlete MUST register by Dec. 30 to be guaranteed a shirt.

DEADLIFT IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE.

RULES

No grip shirts allowed at any time. Athlete MUST wear competition shirt for all events, except stones.

Axle clean & press ladder

• 60 sec.
• 3 axles - one rep on first two, last one press away for reps
• athletes allowed to re-clean and press for more reps

Basket deadlift (SUBJECT TO CHANGE)

• 60 sec.
• basket has front handles
• lift is standard height - handle will not flex
• athlete will rest at the bottom while next weight is loaded

Yoke carry to sandbag load

• 60 sec., 30 ft.
• yoke down (30 ft.) - run back (30 ft.) - sandbag down (30 ft.) - load over yoke 
• yoke will remain at athlete pick height for load

Frame carry

• 60 sec., 70 ft.
• no straps
• pick height 14-15 inches

Stone over bar

• head-to-head over bar for reps
