Pulling for Paws! is our Deadlift event to benefit Four Footed Friends Animal Shelter of Indiana, PA.   This is a non-sanctioned, deadlift only event.

Combined powerlifting & strongman rules.  Meaning: Pull however you want!  It’s  Your PR!   Sumo?  Straps? Deadlift Suit? Hitching?  If it’s legal by standard powerlifting or strongman rules it’s good here!  

No weight classes.  No prizes.  3 attempts to  Pull a new PR and support the animals!   We’ll have food and drinks after for all the lifters!

Additional donations will be accepted the day of the meet and will be delivered to 4 Footed Friends the following week.  (Goto the 4FF Website for a list of their donation needs!).
