NOW a Strongman Corp sanctioned event

EVENT #1 - TRUCK PULL

starting off strong by pulling a 20000+ lb truck as far and as fast as you can. harness yourself up and you get 60 seconds to pull the truck 50ft

GUIDE ROPE AVAILABLE

EVENT #2 - VIKING PRESS

Traditional viking press (facing away from the implement)

Athlete will have 60 seconds from the GO command to press the implement overhead as many times as possible.

EVENT #3 - RISING BAR 1 ARM SANDBAG TOSS

Bar will be set at 12FT for all athletes.

Each weight class will use corresponding weighted sandbag

each athlete will have 30 seconds to attempt to throw selected sandbag with 1(one) hand over a bar at a selected height.

Athlete may use the full 30 seconds to complete the attempt.

If the athlete does not get the sandbag over the bar in 30 seconds, the athlete will NOT move on to the next round of throws

both feet must be facing away from the bar at the time the bag is released.

After each round, the bar will be raised an additional ft.

Athletes that successfully complete their attempt will move on to the next round.

Athletes will continue until they miss, or we run out of bar height

EVENT #4 - MAX EFFORT MAMMOTH BAR DEADLIFT FROM WAGON WHEELS

Last "PERSON" standing

4 attempts to pull as much weight off the ground as you can.

**additional attempts can be purchased for a $20 donation

If you miss any attempt, you are out and may not continue.

this charity event raises money for families that are impacted by cancer.

It's a great event for all skill levels. It provides competition experience for those looking to get into strongman and test yourself while doing some good for those that need your help.

Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors and can be purchased online at https://strongmancorporation.com/memberships/. Please note that USS and Strongman Corporation are not the same, and you will need a Strongman Corporation membership for this competition.

Nationals bids will be awarded in Open classes based on the number of athletes in each class as follows:
- 1 athlete in a class: the promoter may merge the class with another class; if the athlete competes alone they will earn an invite by completing (i.e. not “zeroing”) at least 4 of the 5 events to the standards originally set forth by the promoter.
- 2-4 athletes in a class: 1st place qualifies for Nationals
- 5-9 athletes in a class: 1st and 2nd place qualify for Nationals
- 10+ athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals

Masters Athletes qualify for America's Strongest Master by placing in the top 3 of a Masters class *or* in the top 5 of an Open class.

Teens qualify for America's Strongest Teen by participating in a Teen, Novice, or Open division.

Weigh-ins will be conducted in POUNDS and there is a 0.4lbs "allowance" for clothing. For example, an athlete in the 140.0lbs class must weigh in at 140.8lbs or less. Athletes must weigh in wearing (minimally) a bra and underwear.
