Events:
1.Max axle deadlift from 15”: suits, straps, briefs allowed.
2.Log and axle press medley: 60sec as many reps back and forth between implements. Grip shirts allowed.
3. Atlas Stone to shoulder: 60sec as many reps as possible, no tacky
4.Max Distance farmers carry’s: 50ft course with turns unlimited time, no drops, no straps. no tacky
5. Tug of war: Best two out of three, gloves allowed, boots recommend
