PLEASE READ EVERYTHING!!!

Weigh ins are 7/8/22 from 9am-12pm and 2pm-4pm, and 7/9/22 from 9am-10am at East View High School.

Rules Meeting will be 7/9/22 at 10am.  Every athlete must check in prior to the rules meeting.

Log press:  Rising bar, athlete jumps in and out whenever they want.  3 attempts, Wessels rule.  Elbows must be fully locked out, feet in line, and showing control.  Athlete must wait for a down command from the judge.  No built up belts, no pressing off the head.  60 second time limit.

Axle Deadlift for Reps:  18" for women, 15" for men pick with truck tires.  Straps and suits allowed.  Athlete must show control on lockout with hips through.  Up and down commands will be given.  Athlete will start strapped in. 60 second time limit.

Truck Pull with Harness: this event will be outside rain or shine.  Harness only, no rope assist.  50' course for fastest time.  If athlete cannot complete course in 60 seconds, a distance will be taken.  

Conans Wheel: Max distance, no time limit.  Athlete is done when implement touches the ground.

Sandbag Shouldering:  Athlete must pick the sandbag off the ground and hoist to either the left or right shoulder.  Athlete will be given a down command when the arm opposing the loaded shoulder is clear from the sandbag and athlete is showing control.  60 second time limit.  NO TACKY!

This competition is a fundraiser for Hope Kids.  Each athlete is required to raise a minimum of $500 to benefit HopeKids as a requirement of participating in Relentless.  Each athlete will be screened prior to final acceptance of entry, and are required to fill out the Relentless Registration form found here: https://www.hopekids.org/mnstrongman/
