WEIGH-INS

Friday, August 8th — 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM & 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM

Saturday, August 9th — 8:00 AM to 9:00 AM (final call)
Please bring proof of active Strongman Corporation membership.

Weigh-ins will be conducted in POUNDS and there is a 0.4lbs "allowance" for clothing. For example, an athlete in the 140.0lbs class must weigh in at 140.8lbs or less. Athletes must weigh in wearing (minimally) a bra and underwear.

Divisions may be split further if more than 5 athletes register in a class.

EVENTS AND RULES 

Trump Log Press

• There will be a light log and a heavy log to pick from.
• Light log will get 1 point, and the heavy log will be 10 points.
• 90 second time limit.
• Turn belt buckles to the side.
• Soft belt and hard belt allowed.
• Women will use a 10in log and the men will use a 12in log.

Deadlift Ladder

• There will be 5 bars.
• 60 second time limit.
• Straps and suits allowed.

Dinnie Stones 

• 60 second time limit.
• 50ft course.
• 1 drop allowed before turn.

Yoke to Sandbag Over Bar

• 50ft course.
• 90 second time limit.
• Turn belt buckles to the side.

Stone Over Bar

• Women will load to 44in and men to 48in.
• Tacky allowed.
• 60 second time limit.

All events are subject to change, but we will notify all registered athletes via email and social media if updates occur.

Trophies for all class winners.

Entries are non-refundable.

Note: If you signed up for the Battle of the Rhinos in April 2025, your entry will automatically be transferred to this event. We will contact you directly to confirm you can make it.

Membership Information

Strongman Corporation membership is required for all competitors and can be purchased online at https://strongmancorporation.com/memberships/. 

Please note that USS and Strongman Corporation are not the same, and you will need a Strongman Corporation membership for this competition.
 

National Qualification Info

Nationals bids will be awarded in Open classes based on the number of athletes in each class as follows:
- 1 athlete in a class: the promoter may merge the class with another class; if the athlete competes alone they will earn an invite by completing (i.e. not “zeroing”) at least 4 of the 5 events to the standards originally set forth by the promoter.
- 2-4 athletes in a class: 1st place qualifies for Nationals
- 5-9 athletes in a class: 1st and 2nd place qualify for Nationals
- 10+ athletes in a class: 1st-3rd place qualify for Nationals

Masters Athletes qualify for America's Strongest Master by placing in the top 3 of a Masters class *or* in the top 5 of an Open class.

Teens qualify for America's Strongest Teen by participating in a Teen, Novice, or Open division.
