All entries after February 21st will NOT have a promised competition t shirt.

Rules meeting will be held at 8:15 am SHARP. We will go over any last minute questions and concerns with the events for the day at this time! I will go over the iron podium event rules at this time. Competition will start at 9:15am SHARP!
All spectators have a fee of $10 at the door. We will accept cash/Venmo
*Weights for events are subject to change at any time up UNTIL 4 weeks out from competition time. I will not make any changes to weights after that time*
Order of athletes will not be re-ordered after the first 3 events. The order will stay the same as the signups roll in. We will re-order for the final event only. There is a benefit to signing up early!
I am going to be running 4 lanes for event 1 and 2, and 2 lanes for events 3 and 4. So this show will be MOVIN y’all. You know I love me some efficiency
Event 1: Axle Clean and Press for Reps
- Standard 2” axle
- There will be a 60 second time limit
- You will start with hands OFF the axle
- You will get a down call for each repetition; do NOT jump the down call
- Most repetitions in 1 minute wins the event
- Clean and press away (you do not have to go down to the crash pads after every rep, but you can if you want)
- Shoes MUST be worn at all times
Equipment Allowed: knee/elbow sleeves, soft/hard belt, wrist wraps, grip shirts (no SC grip shirts, all other grip tops are permitted), chalk/liquid chalk
Equipment NOT Allowed: any sort of tacky substance, no knee/elbow wraps

Event 3: Brutal Bag Beatdown
- 80’ total length of course
- 75 second time limit
- 2 bars set to a 42” loading height spaced 20’ away from one another
- Think of this event as a “Steeplechase” but down AND back with one sandbag
- On the whistle you will pick your sandbag, and run it 20’ down and load it over the first hitching post
- You’ll then go under or around the hitching post, pick the sandbag up again and run it 20’ more to the second hitching post. Load it over that sucka
- you’ll then go under/around the hitching post, pick the sandbag and do the exact same thing all the way back to the finish until you carry the sandbag all the way across the finish line
- (I will post a video of this event so we’re all on the same page cause objectively this looks/sounds confusing but I assure you; it’s not)
- fastest time wins
- if you do not finish, a distance will be taken
Equipment Allowed: knee/elbow sleeves, soft/hard belt, wrist wraps, chalk/liquid chalk
Equipment NOT Allowed: no tacky substance of any kind, no knee/elbow wraps
