Rocky Mountain’s Strongest is the newest edition to the Down Range Strength Hero Strength Series events
The Hero Strength Series started in 2021 with World's Strongest Operator to honor fallen combat controller SSgt Dylan Elchin, each Hero Series event gives back to the tactical community in the strongest way possible. At Rocky Mountain's Strongest the top weight lifted from the press and deadlift event will be donated to Special Operations Warrior Foundation in SSgt Cole Condiff and SSgt Dylan Elchin's name. Rocky Mountain's Strongest will be open to all civilian and tactical strongman
Event will be at Branch Warren Classic at Sport Stable in Superior Colorado
Weigh Ins:
1. Weigh ins / check in will be at Sport Stable
12-2 pm and 3-6 pm on May 5th
8 am on May 6th

Rocky Mountain's Strongest will be part of Branch Warren Classic Denver the top Colorado iron sport event of 2023
Events:
1. Press for Cole
(Rising Bar Axle Wagon Wheel Clean and Press, axle bar and rogue wagon wheels)
2. Deadlift for Dylan
(Rising Bar Wagon Wheel Deadlift, texas deadlift bar and rogue wagon wheels)
3. Deadsled Til You Drop
(Mike Bartos Deadsled)
4. Load Medley
(Mike Bartos Husafell, MBPC Zercher Yoke)
For all events:
- Deadlift suits or Multi-ply of any kind allowed on the deadlift event
- Traditional straps and figure 8 straps allowed on the deadlift event
- No tacky/ tacky towel or spray tacky allowed
- No bare feet (shoes MUST BE WORN at all times during events outside of deadlift)
- Contest shirt must be worn at all times
- No build up belts (Only 1 hard and 1 soft allowed)
- Knee sleeves and elbow sleeves allowed
- Note all events are subject to change***
Press for Cole
60 second time limit per attempt
3 attempts with Wessels Rule applied
Belt cleans are allowed
Feet parallel, knees and elbows locked out
Deadlift for Dylan
60 second time limit per attempt to get to lockout position
Athlete can start strapped in with hands on deadlift bar
Athlete will receive down call when deadlift is fully locked out
Hitching is allowed
Deadsled Til You Drop
Score will be judged by fastest time completed
On the judges start command
Athlete will carry the Deadsled 50 ft
Set the Deadsled down
From there drag the Deadsled 50 ft back to start line
Load Medley
Score will be judged by fastest time completed
On the judges start command
Athlete will start by running to the first implement 40 ft away
Grabbing the husafell and running it back to start line
Run 40 ft back to the zercher yoke
Performing a zercher carry back to the start line for a final time
All items must cross the back over start line
