• Max Circus Dumbbell Press (3 attempts) Weights will increase 10lbs women, 20lbs men
• Plane Pull - Tentative, Farmers Carry Airplane Pull.  Depending on the weather and other unforeseen circumstances this event is subject to change.  We will update asap. You will pull plane while carrying the farmers handles (Subject to Change)
• Car Deadlift for reps
• Hercules Hold with grip implement
• Keg Toss with keg max distance. Out not up! Not leaving the designated throwing box, throw keg for distance.  No spinning.
• Conan Wheel for distance no drops.

Any event and load is subject to change at any time up to and including event day.  Weight Classes are subject to consolidation. 

• Weigh-ins - You can weigh in at Nutrishop Southern Pines on June 18th or the day of the event from 8:00am - 8:45am

June 18th 10:00am - 7:00pm Nutrishop Southern Pines (10725 US-15, Southern Pines, NC 28387)

June 19th 8:00am - 8:30am at the site of competition under the Rogue Alpha Athletics Tent

Spectator Fee - Free for spectators, Donations to the Carthage Air Museum are encouraged. 

• Hotel - Southern Pines, Pinehurst, Aberdeen is your best bet.  Holiday Inn Express is across the street from the weigh in location.
• Holiday Inn Express, 155 Partner Cir, Southern Pines, NC 28387 offers a discounted rate for Rogue Alpha Athletics Strongman Athletes.  Must reserve room by May 28th.

Awards - 1st, 2nd and  3rd place awards per division.
