Log Clean & Press – Clean and press each rep, 60 sec time limit. Clean from the floor and press each rep. Scored by successful locked out reps. Not Allowed – SC Grip Shirts

Bag Throw Over Bar, Max Height – 10ft start height, raised one foot at a time. You will be allowed two attempts, during a 30 second time period.  When you miss, you are out. You can skip heights. One set bag weight per class. Scored by max height made. Not Allowed – Tacky, SC Grip Shirt

Yoke or Distance – 60 second time limit, unlimited drops, carry yoke 30ft until center of the yoke crosses the line, drop, turn and re-pick, as many times as you can within 60 seconds. Traveled distance will be measured to center of yoke for scoring. Not Allowed – SC Grip Shirts, Tacky

Max Frame Deadlift - Start with set weight – weight will rise in jumps and will not go back down, jump in where you want your lifts to be. Top weight successfully lifted is how you are scored. Not Allowed – SC Grip Shirt, Tacky

Keg Over Bar – Female 48” and Male 54”, 60 second time limit, load over bar, keg will be rolled back to be loaded again. Scored by reps completed. Not Allowed – Home made shoes, SC Grip Shirt, Tacky
