event 1: car deadlift will be neutral grip, straps allowed, chalk allowed no suits. there will be an up and down command. 1min time cap

event 2: keg must go from ground to overhead each rep, down command only, 1min time cap

event 3: super yoke, unlimited drops, 2 sec slide penalty, 1min time cap

event 4: 3 attempts, must give opening attempt, cannot go down in weight after a failed attempt, height will be approx 6" to bottom of the handle, only chalk and belt allowed.

event 5: wheel barrow will be loaded with sandbags, once wheel barrow crosses the 50' mark sand bags will be taken off and loaded over 42" yoke for women and 52" yoke for men, once all three bags are over the yoke you will do as many reps of circus dumbbell until time rounds out. 90 sec time cap. belt, sleeves, straps, chalk ok
