ENTRY FEE: $80 early bird sign-up then $100 until day of contest.  Includes T-shirt & 2 Entries to Expo.

EVENT RULLES 

Rules will be covered day of the event at rules meeting as well. 

Event 1 - Titan Performance Axle Clean and Press Away - 

Athlete will have :60 to perform as many presses as possible, they only need to clean the bar ONCE and then can press away. Must wait for down call, chalk, elbow sleeves, soft belts, wrist wraps are all welcome. Hard belts must be turned around and NO BELT CLEANS

Prize - Total reps winner for open & novice males & open & novice females each get their choice of 1 supplement. 
 

Event 2 - Black Flag Nation Axle DL for reps - 

Rules - there will be a heavy and light bar option for each weight class. The athlete will have :60 to perform as many reps as possible on either bar. ONE rep on the heavy bar trumps any reps on the light bar for the event win. Belts, straps, chalk all welcome, no suits, baby powder or baby oil. 

Prize - Total reps winner for open & novice males & open & novice females each get their choice of 1 T-shirt

Event 3 - Opacity Optics Yoke Medley

Rules - each competitor will start under 1 yoke, they will then sprint that yoke 50' to the end of the course. Once the yoke has crossed the line the judge will give a down call and send them back to the starting line where another yoke of a heavier weight will be waiting. They will then sprint that yoke the same course and place it next to the first yoke they ran. Time splits will be taken to score and distance will be taken for anyone not completing the course. Belts, chalk, wraps, sleeves all permitted. No adhesive or other nonsense. 

Prize - Opacity Optics swag (potentially sunglasses) will be given to the top OPEN COMPETITOR times for males and females. 

Event 4 - Cerberus Sandbag To Shoulder Ladder - 

Rules - each athlete will have :60 to complete a 4 or 5 bag ladder of sandbags from ground to shoulder. The ladder must be completed in order from lightest to heaviest and must be given a down call from the judge to move on to the next bag. Chalk, wraps, elbow/knee sleeves, belts all welcome (hard belts turned around please), no tacky towels or any other adhesives.

Prize - Each winner with the fastest time for Novice and open divisions will get a discount code for Cerberus products. 

Event 5: Omega Project Stone Over Bar 

Rules - athletes will have :60 to complete as many stone loads over bar as possible. Athletes hands will start on the crossbar of the yoke and then upon go they can begin loading. Males will load to 52" height and females to a 48" height. Tacky, elbow/knee sleeves, wraps, belts, etc all welcome. 

Prize - Overall winner of each novice and open class for men and women will receive an Omega Project book for free.
