Weigh ins will held on Friday March 19th at NIKS Performance.  Weigh ins will start at 9 am and end at 6 pm.  Late weigh ins will be on Saturday morning from 7:30 am to 8:00 am.  

There will be a $5 fee charged for spectators at the door.

Event Rules:

Max Log - Competitors will have 3 attempts.  Your first attempt must be given at the time of weigh ins.  After completing your attempt, you will need to go tell the weight chart personnel your next attempt.  Lowest weight in each lane will go first.  A successful rep must be elbows locked, head through, and feet squared up.  The judge will give the down command and the competitor must drop the log with control.  Slamming the log from overhead will result in a no rep.  

Cart of Kegs Deadlift - This event will be set up similar to a car deadlift.  There will be a basket of kegs for a start weight and after each successful rep, an additional 50 pound keg will be loaded into the basket for the competitor to complete the next rep.  After the 3rd additional keg is loaded, the competitor will continue to complete as many reps as possible until the 60 second time limit expires.  The judges will be giving the "down" and "lift" commands.  No tap and go for this show.  A successful lift is considered knees locked and shoulders back.  No deadlift suits.

Conan's Wheel - The competitor has 60 seconds to complete as far of a distance as possible.  Time will begin when the competitor lifts the bar.  Once the bar is dropped after picking up, the event is done and that competitor will be scored on the distance traveled.

Last Stein Standing - This is a max time event.  Competitor will stand with their backs braced against a solid surface.  Arms will be raised laterally holding the implements in each arm.  Judges will give the go call once arms are straight out and parallel with the ground.  Judges will give the stop command when the arms fall.  

Keg Over Bar - Bar heights will be 48" for all women, 52" for all men except super heavyweight men which will be set at 56".  The Competitor will have 75 seconds to get as many reps over the bar as possible.  A feeder will be sending the keg back to the competitor.  If the competitor wildly throws the keg and the feeder has to chase it, no additional time will be given.  Be in control of your keg.  The competitor will not be allowed to put their hands on the bar during the push over the bar.  No gloves or tacky.  Chalk is allowed.
